Jake runs Williams Tints and Glass out of Wallaroo and works right across the Copper Coast and the Yorke Peninsula. Ring him and you get him, not a call centre, and the quote is free whether the job is one cracked pane or every window in the house.
Most of the work is the bread and butter of a country glazier. Somebody has put a mower stone through a window. A shower screen needs replacing. A kitchen wants a glass splashback templated around the powerpoints. A hallway needs a mirror that is actually square to the wall.
The rest is the work that takes patience. Raking out perished putty and running new putty into a timber sash. Getting a hundred year old double hung window sliding again. Matching a piece of old glass so a front door still looks like it was built that way. That is the part people write reviews about.

What we do

Broken and cracked panes taken out and reglazed, in timber or aluminium frames.

Film fitted to windows and sliding doors to cut heat, glare and fading.

Framed and frameless screens measured, cut and fitted to the opening you have.

Toughened glass splashbacks templated to the bench and the powerpoints.

Wall to wall and vanity mirrors, cut to size and hung square.

Old putty raked out and new putty run in, so timber sashes stay watertight.

Double hung windows made to slide and hold again instead of dropping.

Cut into glass or a panel, sized to the animal rather than the box.

Perished bead cut out and resealed, around glass, screens and wet areas.
Also done regularly: glass cut to size for tables and furniture, with delivery if you would rather not cart it, plus caravan windows, commercial doors and shadecloth.
